Improvement of Water Utility Management and Reduction of Unaccounted–for-water, capacity development project in Africa

Summary of project activities and outcomes:

The project focused on the development of performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and action plans for improvement of water utility management and reduction of unaccounted-for-water for the six water utilities serving the above-mentioned towns/cities. WEDC staff worked with water utility management experts from Severn-Trent Water International to improve management skills of water utility staff in the project towns, through:
