If you are having difficulty obtaining financial support we strongly advise you to make early contact with local offices of the British Council for information about scholarships. The British Council is also a useful source of general information about studying and living in the UK.
Loughborough-based programmes
Technical Cooperation Training Awards 
The UK Department for International Development (DFID) will consider the provision of Technical Cooperation Training Awards for acceptable candidates put forward through the normal channels. Applications for British Technical Cooperation Training Awards are submitted by overseas governments to the local British Embassy, High Commissions or British Council Office as appropriate.
