Staying in touch
The Alumni e-newsletter is sent quarterly to all current students and alumni registered on our knowledge base. Please sign-up to My WEDC and tick the box ‘Alumni’ to be sure you receive it. Once we have confirmed your alumni status, you will have access to the Alumni Forum to exchange information with fellow WEDC-onians (or something!).
The one page alumni news format contains:
- News from WEDC – latest happenings
- Where is WEDC? – opportunities to meet with WEDC staff travelling abroad
- 'Tricia's snippets' – a compilation of useful information to those active in the sector
- News from you – professional or personal news from alumni (up to 25 words)
- Employment opportunities – if you wish to advise WEDC alumni of any opportunities in your organisation please let us know

Distinguished Alumni
On 6 July 2011 we were very proud to witness Loughborough University present the first five Distinguished Alumni awards to WEDC alumni, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the water, sanitation and hygiene sector. Click here to learn more of these achievements.
