The WEDC Resources Centre
The WEDC Resources Centre began life in 1971 as an embryonic collection of books and papers barely filling a small bookcase.
Complementing the University's Pilkington Library, the Resources Centre now houses a computer information management system containing details of over 16,500 items on a customized database allowing for easy retrieval of information by staff, students, and visitors. The collection comprises books, series, country files, student projects, videos, journals, maps, and manufacturers' catalogues.
Over time, we will be adding live links to pdf files of books and documents contained in the Resources Centre to provide a knowledge base of virtual resources for registered users of the WEDC website.
